Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients, promote our financial product offerings, and provide exceptional relationship management. The role demands strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a proven ability to generate leads, and the drive to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial well-being sessions (online & offline) to educate and engage potential clients
- Design and execute client acquisition strategies in line with organizational goals
- Generate qualified leads and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Achieve lead-generation and sales targets
- Promote mutual funds, health insurance, term insurance, and other financial solutions using our in-house “7 Events to Financial Freedom” methodology
- Handle client queries and objections confidently and effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry trends
- Provide exceptional relationship management to nurture long-term client trust
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks and collaborate with the wider team
- Prepare periodic reports on performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably financial services)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent convincing and presentation skills
- Motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Familiarity with Excel,CRM tools, or lead-tracking systems is a plus
