Manavi Wealth - Commission Disclosure Brochure

Understanding Our Compensation Model

In the Indian Mutual Fund industry, financial professionals typically follow one of two compensation models:

1. Fee-Based Advisory Model

Under this model, financial professionals charge clients a direct fee and recommend mutual fund schemes under the Direct Plan.
This role is performed by Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

2. Commission-Based Model

Under this model, mutual fund distributors receive commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for recommending schemes under the Regular Plan, without charging clients any direct fee.

Our Approach at Manavi Wealth

At Manavi Wealth, we operate under the Commission-Based Model.

We are committed to transparency and trust, ensuring our clients clearly understand how we are compensated—whether directly or indirectly.
Below is an indicative range of commissions offered by various AMCs across different categories of mutual funds.

Important Notes

  • All commission rates mentioned are inclusive of 18% GST, which is paid to the respective tax authorities.

  • Commission structures are subject to change and are updated on a best-effort basis based on information received from AMCs.

  • Each mutual fund scheme operates within SEBI-prescribed expense limits, which typically reduce as the fund size grows.

  • The latest commission details can be provided on request.

  • Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
