Disclaimer & Disclosures — Manavi Wealth Pvt Ltd

1. Regulatory Registration

Manavi Wealth Pvt Ltd is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-106294) and SIF Distributor (SIFD), and an APMI Registered PMS Distributor (APRN-00260).

By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.

2. Regular Plan & Commission Disclosure

We distribute only Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes and earn trail commissions from the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs). As mandated by SEBI, Mutual Fund Distributors are not permitted to deal in Direct Plans. We do not charge investors any direct advisory fee — our role is limited to facilitating investment transactions.

These commissions are paid by the AMCs and do not result in any additional cost to the investor beyond the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER), which is disclosed in the scheme documents. Actual commission earned varies by scheme category, AMC policy, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Details of scheme-level commissions are available on request from our team, in line with AMFI/SEBI guidelines.

3. No Investment Advice

The information contained on this website does not constitute, and should not be construed as, investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or otherwise transact in any security or investment product, nor an invitation, offer, or solicitation to engage in any investment activity. We strongly recommend that you seek professional investment advice before taking any investment decision. Any investment decision you take should be based on an assessment of your own risk profile, in consultation with your investment adviser.

We do not furnish any guarantees, warranties, or representations — express or implied — regarding information provided. Any calculations shown are approximations meant as guidelines only and must be independently confirmed before being relied upon. Material used on this website may have been sourced from publicly available information, in-house research, or third parties and members/affiliates, and is believed to be reliable but is not independently verified by us.

Certain statements on this website may be forward-looking in nature (using words such as "will," "expect," "should," "believe," and similar expressions). Actual outcomes may differ materially from these statements due to market risks and economic, political, and regulatory conditions in India and globally, including changes in monetary policy, inflation, interest rates, and foreign exchange or equity markets. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential, including loss of profit — arising from the use of any material or information on this website.

Certain products and services offered by us may not be traded on an exchange. Disputes relating to distribution activity would not have access to the Exchange Investor Redressal Forum or Arbitration mechanism.

Testimonials, where featured, are voluntarily provided and are not paid promotions. Views expressed on this site are not necessarily ours; we neither assume responsibility or liability, nor guarantee the accuracy, suitability, completeness, or adequacy of such views.

4. Market Risk Disclosure

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks, and their values may fluctuate due to prevailing economic and financial conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and short-term market movements are unpredictable. Investors should review all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) carefully before investing. No investment strategy is without risk, and investors may not get back the amount originally invested and may lose part or all of their investment.

5. Dividend Payments

Opting for the Dividend Option does not guarantee payouts. Dividends are distributed only when a scheme has sufficient distributable surplus; if a fund does not generate excess returns, no dividend will be paid.

6. Updating Personal Information

Keeping personal records updated is essential for seamless investment transactions and communication. Any change in name, address, mobile number, email, nominee details, or bank account information must be reported to us immediately to avoid delays in statements, fund transfers, or redemption processing. Inaccurate details may lead to transaction failures or non-receipt of important notifications. Regulatory compliance requires investors to ensure their records remain current at all times.

7. Nominee & Joint Holder Updates

If a nominee or joint holder passes away, it is important to update records promptly to avoid complications in claiming investments. Investors should visit our office with valid proof, such as a death certificate and identity verification documents, to process such changes. Keeping nominee details updated ensures investments transfer smoothly to legal heirs when required.

8. Review Meetings & Reports

We recommend an annual investment review to track portfolio performance and realign investments with evolving financial goals. Investment statements are sent directly via email by the respective AMCs, ensuring transparency and easy record-keeping. Staying informed about portfolio progress helps investors make data-driven, strategic decisions rather than emotional or reactionary ones.

9. Valuation Reports & NAV Calculations

NAV and valuation figures shown in reports reflect the last recorded transaction date and may not represent current market values. The NAV applicable to a transaction is determined by the order execution date and cut-off time, as per regulatory norms. Investors should verify applicable NAV timing rules before placing purchase or redemption requests. Reports and valuation data are for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for investment decisions.

10. Lock-in Periods & Exit Loads

Certain mutual fund categories carry mandatory lock-in periods:

  • Retirement & Children's Gift Funds: 5-year lock-in per installment

  • ELSS (Equity Linked Savings Scheme) Funds: 3-year lock-in per installment

Each SIP installment is treated as a fresh purchase; exit loads (where applicable) apply separately to each installment if redeemed within the scheme's specified period (typically 12–24 months). Exit load structures vary across schemes — investors should review the relevant scheme documents before withdrawal.

11. Taxation & TDS

Mutual fund taxation — including Short-Term Capital Gains (STCG) and Long-Term Capital Gains (LTCG) — depends on the type of investment, holding period, and date of redemption, and is subject to changes in tax law. Investors are advised to consult their tax advisor before making financial decisions. For NRE/NRO account holders, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per applicable regulatory guidelines.

12. Redemption & Processing Terms

Redemptions are processed as per the applicable NAV cut-off time, and funds are typically credited within T+1 or T+2 working days, depending on the scheme's processing timeline. Investors should plan redemptions in advance to avoid delays in accessing funds when needed.

13. Data Privacy & Security

We prioritize the privacy and security of investor data and do not share, sell, or misuse investor information. Sensitive details such as PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account information are not stored on this website. All investment transactions are processed securely through AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech), and BSE/NSE/MFU platforms in compliance with applicable financial regulations.

14. Accuracy & Error Rectification

While every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy in reports and statements displayed or shared through this website, occasional discrepancies may occur. Investors are responsible for independently verifying data before making financial decisions. We reserve the right to rectify errors upon identification but do not guarantee assured returns, fixed income, or any similar claims. Investors are cautioned against fraudulent schemes or misleading investment guarantees — mutual fund investments are market-linked and subject to risk.
